1. We offers free shipping within Nairobi for goods worth 10,000 and above for packages that can be ferried on motorbikes, call for estimates for bulky goods.
2. Goods worth less than 10,000 shillings will be charged a flat rate fee of 250 shilling with in Nairobi.
3. For Orders outside Nairobi, Contact us for shipping estimates from our shipping partners.
4. Orders received before 1 PM East African Time will be discharged the same day while orders placed later than 1 PM East African Time will be dispatched the next day.
5. Orders placed from outside of Nairobi will only be dispatched once full payment is received and confirmed.
6. Orders that requires sourcing from distributors will be dispatched after 3 hours from the time of placing the order.

Our local partners offer the best rates and secure shipping to any corner of the country, most of them they have almost the same shipping rates per Kilo, They charge 450 shillings for goods worth less than 5 kilograms and 30 shilling extra per kilo for product worth more than 5 kilo. Our Local partners offers door to door delivery for products labeled well, if no clear location is indicated clients will collect the package at the nearest office.
